COLLABORATIONS AND OWNERSHIP
Do you collaborate with other agencies?
Yes. Constantly. We work seamlessly with PR agencies, SEO partners, media buyers, dev teams, CRO specialists, and in-house marketing departments. Do you handle trademarks?
We don’t file trademarks directly, but we work closely with top trademark lawyers and domain brokers. As part of naming, we do early TM screens, domain checks, cultural and linguistic filters, competitor mapping, and risk assessments — so nothing progresses without validation.
Who owns the brand assets when we’re done?
You do. Once final payment is made, 100 percent of the copyright and IP is transferred to you — logos, messaging, strategy, brand assets, templates, everything. We don’t hold anything hostage, and we don’t retain rights. The brand becomes fully yours to scale, protect, and commercialise.

How long does branding take?
Branding projects typically take two to three months from kickoff to completion. This allows time for deep research, strategy, creative exploration, refinement, and rollout planning. Logo-only projects can be completed faster, usually within one to two weeks. Websites vary depending on size and complexity, usually between four and ten weeks. Rush timelines are available if required.
Do you travel to clients?
Yes. We regularly travel for workshops and presentations. Most clients are based in Australia, the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, and we run in-person intensives when needed.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. We offer retainers for design, ongoing campaigns, landing page optimisation, CRO, and website improvements. These are shaped around your goals and internal capacity.
DELIVERABLES AND ACCESSIBILITY
Do you create brand guidelines?
Yes. Every branding project includes both a PDF brand guidelines document and an editable version. Most clients choose Figma or Adobe formats, but we can deliver in whichever design environment your team uses. Guidelines can also be expanded or upgraded as you scale or introduce new products.
How are deliverables supplied?
All files are delivered through organised Google Drive folders so your team can access everything easily. We provide full logo suites, colour systems, font recommendations, icons, patterns, photography (if included), templates, messaging frameworks, and brand guidelines. You receive both working files and export-ready assets.
Who owns the files and IP?
Once final payment is made, you own everything. All copyright, working files, and IP transfer to you. We do not retain rights to your brand.
Do you design for accessibility?
Yes. We can design to Australian and US accessibility standards when required. That includes aligning with WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines, ADA considerations for US digital products, and best practice accessibility principles used across government, healthcare, and public-facing services.
