NetGain is a powerful finance automation platform embedded within NetSuite and Microsoft 365. Despite its technical strength, years of rapid growth and acquisitions left the brand architecture fragmented and confusing. Our mission was to untangle this complexity, clarifying the suite’s value proposition to help teams understand how the tools fit together. We aimed to position NetGain not just as a tool, but as the modern engine behind a new era of accounting, simplifying workflows for exhausted finance teams.
CHALLENGE
NetGain faced a classic B2B SaaS challenge: years of rapid growth, new modules, and acquisitions had created a tangled brand architecture that confused customers. Finance teams, already exhausted by learning curves, struggled to understand how the platform’s disparate parts worked together. We needed to simplify this complex suite and position NetGain as a seamless, native extension of the tools accountants already used, rather than just another bolt-on solution adding to their cognitive load.
APPROACH
Our approach began by auditing and reorganising the entire product architecture into a structure that made instant sense to finance professionals. We developed a positioning based on giving accountants their confidence back by automating grunt work. Visually, we designed a system that felt intentionally native to NetSuite and Office 365, easing adoption while establishing a distinct identity. The result is a brand that clarifies the platform’s power, framing NetGain as the engine that frees accountants to think, lead, and move faster.
